Mt Trumbull Trailhead
About the Business
Mt Trumbull Trailhead is a park located in Arizona, United States. This institution serves as a starting point for those looking to visit the Tuweep/Toroweap Overlook area within Grand Canyon National Park. A new reservation system will be implemented starting July 21, 2022, for all visitors to this area. It is important to note that this reservation system only applies to the national park and not to any lands within Grand Canyon-Parashant National Monument or the Arizona Strip Field Office.
For those planning to visit the Tuweep and Toroweap Overlook, it is essential to make a reservation beforehand and show proof of entrance fee payment. The Grand Canyon National Park Institutes Pilot Day Use Reservation System has been put in place to ensure a smooth and organized visit to this beautiful area.
The Public Lands Visitor Center in Saint George, UT, is available for any inquiries or assistance needed for planning a visit to the national park. This federal interagency office is staffed by employees from the National Park Service, Bureau of Land Management, U.S National Forest Service, and dedicated volunteers from the local community. Phones are answered Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and the visitor center is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and all federal holidays.

"Great experience. They require a day pass now. Don’t go all the way out there without one."
"Trailhead has a spigot with cold, fresh water, a restroom, and parking for half a dozen cars. Across the way is the ranger station and admin building. Trailhead takes you to the top of Mt Trumbull and affords wonderful views."
"I would love to go on the mount Trumbull Loop"
