"Don't come here if you have kids. They keep cutting the kids club hours. First the took Friday's away now starting next week they took the morning times away too. Now I have to find a new gym. I'm guessing they are trying to phase out having child care at all. Otherwise club is fine. Just not for families who need to use child care."

Always had the top membership to goto any location and have brought many friends in over the years with my account Been going to Dobson and warner location over 2 years. Brought a friend to try out the gym immediately at check in I get rudely told you can’t bring anyone in you dont have that account. I tell this person Ive been bringing guests in for years he says No way that could happen was rude and short. I said let me talk to your manager and he says with an attitude Im the general manager my name is Christian ,I couldn’t believe it! I work with the public and he was completely hostile and demeaning. He basically called me a liar and did nothing but act inappropriately. He never once tried to offer a week tryout just was a complete unprofessional. Im so mad Im probably leaving Esporta for another gym. Ruined my day and my outlook on Esporta. Please train your Management team with customer service skills."

"This happened a while ago, but I wanted to leave a review this time because I’ve had the same awful experience with Christian twice. The first time I went in, I had trouble signing in because it was new and he had absolutely no patience with me. I brought a friend along cause she wanted to see if she should get a membership, but he was so rude she changed her mind. He just kept rolling his eyes when we asked for help. The second incident was when I came in a week ago and I needed some information about how to sign my mom up for an account. I left and I thought everything was fine, but then I heard him say something about how I can’t read. I am an Asian woman and that made stop going here at all. I hope something can be done about this."
