"0stars!!!!!. I brought my dog in, that I explained was only 8 months old (18lbs), and had never been groomed before. The girl at the front, who had her AirPods in and clearly could care less about having another dog to groom the day before Christmas Eve, instantly said that because my puppy was nervous she “might not be able to do a full groom”. I have 5 other dogs and have brought them all to groomers and not ONCE has any said that to me, no matter how nervous my dogs were. This is their job to know dogs behaviors especially the first time being groomed and they honestly didn’t seem to be interested in taking another dog. I went to another groomer same day and guess what??? My Bruno mars is groomed beautifully and no thanks to Pawtooine. Will be calling management."
