Luna’s Paw Spa

"I really really wanted to like this dog spa because I am in that shopping center a lot and thought it would be convenient to start bringing my dog there. For context, I have a larger, long haired dog. In my past experiences with other groomers, it was always very noticeable after she came home from an appointment. Her hair would be trimmed neatly, especially around the ears and the areas where she looked scruffy and obviously needed a trim. It didn't look like anyone picked up scissors for the majority of her body. I had specifically asked for her to be de-shedded which does take time because she has so much hair. She was only there for 1 hour! For a dog of her size, groomers have always taken about 2-3 hours and you can tell they brush/get below the layers of hair. I do not think that $130 justifies the quality of work that was done. I am used to paying $110-120 with thorough, noticeable results. I'm disappointed and unfortunately won't be returning."

"I am so blessed that we discovered Luna’s Paw Spa so close to our house - they are truly the best groomers and do an excellent job. We have a very high-anxiety boxer puppy (scared of noises, anything large, etc) that we rescued and they did an amazing job keeping her comfortable during the grooming process. I was very nervous bringing her to be groomed for the first time, since I’m very protective of my pets, but it is obvious how much the owners and staff love the pets that they groom and how much they care about doing an amazing job with the grooming. It is also clear how much they prioritize keeping the pets comfortable and feeling safe throughout their visit. Again, we are SO fortunate to have found this place and cannot recommend it enough! I hope everyone and their pup gets the chance to go to Luna’s Paw Spa. :)"

"Wonderful service. Kind and patient with my elderly dog. We utilized the mobile paw spa and our 13.5 year old gal was in and out in maybe 1.5 hours with a bath, full groom, and blow dry. She looks great and came back to the house with her usual post groom pep in her step. She usually tolerates grooming well but with her age it has gotten harder on her, in addition to stress at larger facilities, so this was perfect as it was close to home, intimate/1:1, and fast. It was clear that she was well loved and cared for during her service. Super happy and would not hesitate to schedule again. Thank you for taking such good care of our girl!"

"Best grooming experience ever! She is so sweet and Our dog does really well with her. You can tell he feels safe and comfortable. Our dog is a shetland sheepdog and when I told her the first time she knew exactly how to groom him, he has never looked so good. We are very pleased with the service and highly recommend them."
