"Horrible grooming experience. Our Westie was shaved absolutely everywhere except her head/face. No phone calls to describe a circumstance or ask a question. Because our dog is a senior (15 YO), a d to avoid any potential injury to her skin, we always extensivey describe her skin bumps, surgical scars, etc. I also wrote everything on the grooming appt website when making the appt. We chose the appropriate fur length. When I arrived to pick her up, the groomers were gone, the ticket was at the sales counter, and I had to process the payment + tip before I even saw our dog. It was an awful experience, and we will never return there. As soon as her fur grows out a bit, we will have to seek a much better grooming studio to fix this naked, unbalanced look. So sad."
