"They are the best in Phoenix! We have been to many other groomers throughout the years, and they make us feel like family here. The cage free environment is a huge plus as well. And we feel like our dogs are always taken good care of. For example- Our biggest one who has the most hair has come back from other groomers with red sores and was dehydrated over too many hours just to “get the job done”. But at the Paw Spa, they were kind enough to break up his session over two days to give his skin a break when his hair got too tangled. 10/10 would recommend to everyone."
