"I wasn’t going to write a review but what happened today really sucked. The first time I took my baby here the staff was rude and pushy. My baby was matted (I made them aware of this when I scheduled the appt) so I knew they’d have to shave him down and I was okay with that. Once I show up the lady at the front and the groomer herself gave me a lot of push back on grooming him, even saying “why can’t you shave him at home”. We went back and forth for about 5 minutes, to the point where I had to say “if you don’t want to groom him just let me know I can take him somewhere else” to which they responded by backtracking on everything they had just said. Imagine 5 minutes of two mean girls insinuating they don’t want to do their job without actually saying it. Once I picked him up his haircut was fine, but for the following days he was very jumpy and afraid of being touched. I’m certain they weren’t too nice to him. The second time he visited we saw different staff and everything went very smooth (this was a month ago and they never said he was matted) .. This morning the same rude staff from the first visit were there and pretty much took the same attitude. Rude from the minute I walked in. They claimed my baby was matted again and they needed to shave him down completely which I declined . It’s 53 degrees outside , it’s winter, and my baby is not matted , why would I shave him down ???? I asked if they could just bathe him and trim the hairs around his face to which they said they couldn’t because he was “matted” . Once more they told me to go home and do it myself . I took my baby and left. Nothing but rude and lazy staff."

"I’ve been taking my doggo here since March of 2021 for pretty much all of the services, mainly grooming and they’ve always done a great job and ever since I’ve been bringing her I’ve always put her down as a medium size dog as she is a smaller Australian shepherd mix and this last time I take her in I am told that she is considered a large dog and they have to reschedule for a different date. Why am I just getting told this after almost 3 years? My doggo gets extremely excited every time she comes here, so getting her all riled up for no reason was super bumming also seeing how I don’t live nearby and only have one day off during the week, they wasted my time and gas, and I won’t be comin back."

"I’ve been to almost all of the Puff & Fluff locations and other groomers and this is the first time they were unable to groom my senior dog claiming she “would not let them.” I’m unsure how an 8 pound dog with few teeth doesn’t let you when you’re supposed professionals. Wasted 3 hours on both ends for them to call me and tell me they gave her a bath and cut her nails. I could’ve given her a 3 hour bath at home lol. When I picked her up, I could see through the door crack another dog shaking with its tail under its legs and a groomer yelling at it to “STOP” over and over. So I believe my dog didn’t feel comfortable with that specific groomer and just wanted to make other customers aware. The front desk was really nice and did trim up her face for me (the only reason I’m giving another star), but I should’ve only been charged for the 3 hour nail trim."

"The owner and her staff were amazing with my puppy for his very first groom. He was a little scared going in and coming out but he was in good hands. And they did a great job! I’ve added before and after pics"
