"We recently adopted Mia, a rescue, about 6 months ago and she can still be very anxious so I was nervous about having her groomed. But this place was AMAZING! They were so kind and patient and when we picked her up she looked great. I honestly wasn't expecting to much because Mia can also be high energy and a little hard to control but she looked fantastic. I'm positive she would have been turned away at other places. When we apologized for any difficulty they were empathetic and quick to reassure us they've handled dogs like this before and that she'll get used to it. You can really tell they love what they do :) I can not imagine taking our Mia anywhere else but here!!"

"A real family owned facility. I love the result of my dog Lola. They do a great job. It is a super busy place. They were a full house but they took my dog in. They were done at the time they said. I'm impressed. Thank you . I will be there again."

"I’m only writing this review because I left this pet groomers today with my puppy in my arms stressed out and distraught. If your dog needs love, patience, and real kindness, don’t come here. I came here one time before and he had a hard time, but it was his first time at the groomers. I wanted to give them another try, but this time was simply disappointing. The lady called me and explained that he was not cooperating and barking very loudly which I apologized for and rushed over there to get him. They tried to bring him back to the table to finish shaving down his legs when I got there and he looked terrified. I never want to see my dog like that again. The lady made it seem like he was impossible to groom and told me that I need to go to the vet to get tranquilizers for him to be groomed. I took my dog home with all of these thoughts going through my head, believing he is pretty much just disobedient. I called a groomer by my house and they took him in right away. When I tell you the atmosphere was like night and day. The groomer and my dog immediately got along, he knew exactly what to do with him and I left that place feeling at peace and that my dog was in very good hands. I picked him up 3 hours later and the groomer told me yes his legs are sensitive so he required extra patience that these people just do not have. I’m disappointed in this place, the lady has a passive aggressive attitude and does not show her passion for dogs. My dog did not need to be drugged up to get groomed and if she tries to tell you that, look at my second picture."
