Pet Parlor Grooming

"I was literally charged $230 for a substandard poodle continental cut. Way more than other groomers in the area and far worse cut. I can only say they are learning how to groom at my expense. And when we got home he clearly wasn’t given water while there."

"This was our first time coming to the salon, and we just needed a feet fanny and face trim. The two groomers that cut him were very nice and honest! We paid about $75 including tip and we are looking forward to going back again! They did have to trim one of his paws a little shorter than the others (due to matting) and did a great job at making it unnoticeable. Overall, we were really happy with the experience and will recommend them to others!"

"Used to love this place and my pup did too. There are are new owners and the two times we've gone in since they took over, they've kept him for 3 hours or more. The last time I picked him up, I called after he had been there for two hours to check in and they said they hadn't gotten to him yet, because they had overbooked, so he was in a crate for two hours at that point. When I finally picked him up, he hadn't had parts of him groomed, including one ear that still had small mats in it. Then they said he had peed in his kennel and pooped in the bath. This makes me think he was extremely stressed, because he never does that. He is crate trained and LOVES his crate. He has NEVER peed in there, even when he was a puppy. Sadly, we are looking for another groomer."
