"This place treats their customers poorly. I sent my parents to this groomer because my parents are new to town. The women sent my father away stating that they needed the dogs records. Prior to making the appointment my mother verified that they had already had records. By the time my father validated that they indeed had the records it was 15 minutes past the appointment time. She then stated that she would not serve my father and told him to "get out of my store". It took them 3 weeks to get an appointment. Very dissatisfied!"
