"**BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM** Lets start from the beginning: A gentlemen came over to my house to give me a quote, seemed like he was either the manager or the owner. He was great, promising this and that and so eventually i signed a contract with him to provide cleaning of EVERY room in my small 1100 sqft apartment. haha this is where it gets funny. The day the lady was supposed to come over, I received a call and she said that her water heater broke on her car and she was stranded and couldn't make it. I said fine, things happen i'm not going to blame anyone and reschedule. So we reschedule and the lady comes over and begin to clean, after about 45 minutes she comes out and was like "I have to go to another building, I'm late for them and I'm so sorry I will come back whichever day you'd like" So I'm a pretty understanding guy, I'm like sure go ahead and leave and come back Sunday at 11:30am. Sunday comes around and I dont hear anything so I call the business... closed... so i leave a nice message asking for someone to call me back to get another appointment scheduled to get the rest of my house cleaned. Well another 3 days passes by, no call so i decide to call again... no answer... so I leave another message demanding a call back. IT HAS BEEN 9 DAYS SINCE THE LADY HAS BEEN HERE AND NO PHONE CALL BACK. This company is a scam and I will NEVER recommend the business to anyone. I'll be surprised if I get my money back. BEWARE."
