"Do not take your fur babies here; the owner/groomer is a yeller. As I arrived to pick up my 2 small dogs from their appointment of which the groomer/owner forgot and of which was 3 hours in, she was yelling at my dog repeatedly (i.e., he was only making a small whimper when he noticed me come in). She did not know I was in the waiting room as I do not think she noticed me arrive. I could only imagine what happed when I was not there. So scary:("
