"CALL THEM FIRST! These guys are the BEST! They're interested in helping you figure out the least expensive way to fix your issue the fastest, and they had everything with them! I didn't have to wait for parts! I had a circuit board go out on my Hayward Variable Speed Pool Pump. My pool looked terrible! I called 3 other places, not knowing who to call, and 1 said it would be over a week for them to look at it, and 2 others didn't even answer the phone! I called these guys, they answered, and 3 HOURS LATERI had a new (better) variable speed pump installed at a great price.
