Well specifically one location which I NEVER been to, which is this one. They barely get any business, have nasty attitudes and only focused on their commissions & not repeated customers. Screw them respectfully and they will never get my business again."

"I've been going to this pawn shop for about 4 years due to the fact that its close to my work. I pawned earrings and the maturity date on it was 1/13 I freaked out and called the pawn shop on the 14th to see if I needed to put down money, because I didn't want to lose it. The employee told me everything was fine and I have until March. Whew, I'm thinking awesome! I'll pick it up before March. I went to pick it up today 2/26 and it was sent out of state to be cleaned and resold. I'm very upset. That was the whole reason why I called in the first place because I didn't want to lose it. An employee told me everything was fine. Now the assistant manager is questioning if I'm even telling the truth. Its a bad business. They don't know if my earrings will even come back. Their was no apologies. IF it even comes back I'll be getting no discount for the hassle or for the employees mistake. It does not matter that I'm a frequent customer there who works right across the street. This would have been easily avoided if the employee I talked to told me.." yes, you need to pick it up or put money down on it." And if you do decide to do business with them.. Make sure you take names down. Something I didn't do."
