"I was dreading the inconvenience of our remodeling project but met with Cris from Floor One and he made it sound ok and exactly what they would do and what to expect. EVERYTHING went exactly like he said and the workmanship was outstanding. The workers were polite and went out of their way not to inconvenience us. Have already contacted them for some additional work and no need to get other estimates. Could not imagine an easy experience. Honest , professional, company and employees. 5 stars for sure!"

"Jessy Flores & someone "unknown" showed up for our estimate appointment. Turned our the "unknown" person was Floor One owner Victor. Nice to see the owner involved with his operation, he didn't say much but when he spoke it was decisive. We received our estimate from Jessy and it was very clear with labor & product cost. Very professional. I like understanding the process and Floor One was very detailed with their offer. Others were less expensive but we realized there could be hidden add-on costs once we understood the process. We compared Floor One to 2 other floor installers and choose Floor One for being upfront & detailed with the cost. We stopped by their office location to provide our deposit (because we were in the area) and found all personnel to be friendly & helpful. This has been a pleasant experience with a small AZ company, which we prefer to give our business to & we'll follow-up with an installation process critique."

"Our initial meeting was timely and efficient. The personnel we worked with were courteous, polite, understanding, and professional. The ultimate workmanship was ok, although the final floor cleaning, and final clean-up was not. The big challenge centered around using the wrong grout color (color chosen at their discretion). This issue, of finding and changing the grout color, was left up to my wife and I to resolve without any guidance, as we had asked for. Just had to spend MORE money to fix. A second, smaller issue, involved overordering materials. Again, we're out-of-pocket MORE money. Not a bad company by any means. Just not great."

"Stumbled upon Floor One while shopping for tile at Floor and Decor. Not the lowest quote, but Cris Colin (estimate) was on time and someone I wanted to work with. Pretty great experience. We did a backsplash in a kitchen remodel, and an accent wall in the master bath. Ana was my point person via text and phone calls, and she is pleasant and polite. Julio, our installer, put down cardboard to protect our new carpeting, and did a wonderful job with the tile install. Chris (quality control) helped immensely when there was a communication mix-up regarding anchors for new bathroom mirrors. They stood by their quote and finished on time and with quality work. "I was referred to Floor One from Floor and Decor. I met Chris who gave me quote he was on time and explained the installation process. He provided me pictures of the work as requested and gave me a quote. I got a few other quotes and I was so glad I chose Floor One. Luis and his cousin Brian came on time and did an amazing job!! Luis was kind and communicated with me daily on what he needed. My floors had carpet and tile and the demo of the tile was very clean with little dust. Luis cleaned up everyday and worked very hard. The guys thay did the baseboards did it in one day! They also did an amazing job!!! I will be having my bathrooms done and will be using Floor One again and will request Luis!!!"
