"Worst company to trust with your pool! It turned green 2 times in 2 months, and the second time they said it was an issue with our filter and pump but we had it checked out and that was not the issue at all. They said pay us $250 to fix it but when the other pool company said it wasn’t the filter they had no answer for why they were about to charge us that. And they never accepted responsibility for giving us the wrong information on how to fix it. Very unprofessional company."

"Thomas was just here servicing the pool and hottub to the VRBO we are renting for the week. He was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and took our stay and use of the facility into consideration. He asked if we wanted certain things done, which could wait until next week, but would render the pool unusable for half a day. He was great about our wishes. Learning the business is a not for profit, and community support provider, means we will be using their service, as we are in the VRBO, waiting for the closing of our home in the Oro Valley. I don’t know what they charge, but they just earned a new customer, because of Thomas."

"We use their weekly pool cleaning. This pool service left us with a $3000 water bill, a dirty green pool (because it was "monsoon season"), and they never make sure the pool pump is working properly when they leave. Words cannot describe how terrible they have been."
