"The houses are too close together and I can't stand HOA's. There's construction on the main road til December with a 25 mph limit. Best to avoid it like the plague til 2024. The main road may get widened, but not verified."

I had the idea of hosting a paint and sip there with local small businesses that would be open to the community but they turned it down. Very disappointed."
"Went here for a friend of the families birthday party. Super cute outdoor space with lots for little kiddos to play. The outdoor splash pad is perfect for a hot day and kids that are too young to swim."
