"I have a feeling this place will get more and more popular so do yourself a favor and go sober target than later. Similar to #kanarravillefalls and small Zions slot canyons with FAR less people."
"This place is SWEET! Definitely check it out and so awesome that there is a river, lake and mini waterfalls! Being your dog if they’re cool, they will love!"
"For as popular as this trail is it's not well marked the farther you travel. We were told the amount of rain this year contributed to overgrowth. 2½ hours total and we made it only a little over a mile in, searching for trail above the creek, then traversing over and around at the creek itself. Got to the 2 small waterfalls and called it a day on an "easy" hike. Just looked at my Strava, our totals were 2.6 miles from lower parking, over 1500 feet. It's above average picturesque for sure, but for a supposed round trip of 3 miles to the large falls it can be a challenge."
"Awesome hike. It’s pretty short if you park at the closest parking lot (a little over 2 miles round trip) and there is a bathroom at the trailhead. We went right after a night of heavy rain and the road up was pretty muddy so we were glad to have a truck with 4-wheel drive. The views on the hike are gorgeous and it wasn’t too hard. Keep an eye out for the arch along the top of the canyon walls on the way up!"
"Stunning. We wanted to go to Zion, but it was memorial weekend so Zion was packed plus the narrows was closed and I wanted to take my kids hiking through a creek with a waterfall and someone suggested water canyon. It exceeded expectations and completely blew my mind. It was so stunning and a highlight of my entire trip. I don’t know if it runs year round, but in May there was a really great creek running. No crowds. Afternoon was a home run for heat due to shade. Kids aged 7 & 9. Easy! Some scrambling. Rough road"
