Fifty Foot Falls

"Just past the village of Supai and before reaching Havasu Falls, you can veer off to a network of trails that will take you to 50-Foot and Little Navajo Falls — both small but worthy scenic wonders. These waterfalls are more diminished in scale than Havasu, Mooney, and Beaver but make for a nice side hike if you have extra time in Havasu Canyon. Permits via the Havasupai Tribe website are required for all hiking and camping in this area, but it’s well worth the effort to snag those and visit this beautiful location!"

"The first falls of many to visit. Do not skip this, it’s very different then the others and worth visiting! This is way before the campground and just after town. Keep an eye to the left of some pools and make your way down there and backtrack to see these falls. If you make you way though the thicket you can your way across the stream to the other side and climb the hills there to get better pictures."
