Chris, who speaks with a disarming, charming Aussie accent, is a dedicated, superb foreman that completed our pool last summer, and retuned my impressions about previous crews. Recently, on occasion of an unexpected maintenance event, Chris spent a day and a half on site to troubleshoot and take care of what could otherwise have been dismissed as an inconvenience, providing exemplary warranty service--I'm sure with approval from New Wave management (thanks).. I thought well of Chris earlier, but this cemented my impression of excellence. Also, deserved kudos to New Wave for taking on the design and construction of an unusual pool with some quirky requirements, accommodating gracefully substantial, unplanned changes along the path, and delivering a complete and functional product (thanks, Chris). One star docked for a crew that could have executed with better diligence, but I suppose necessity demands to make the best of whatever help one may hire. In any case, Chris is a cut above."

"Five plus Stars for New Wave Pools - the whole process from start to finish. We don’t have a large backyard, but they were able to engineer a pool for us with stellar results. NWPs overcame every obstacle that presented itself throughout the build and the results are simply epic. Andy, Ben, Chris, Caesar , Blake - etc. I wish I could recall all the folks who took part in the success of adding our pool. On top of the results, we have to compliment the team for their constant communication throughout the build. They also seem to have good relationships with their subs and with the city.
