"UPDATE: We have had nothing but problems with our cover. It has broken 3 times total. They come out to fix it each time, but then it breaks again. It is the same problem every time. They have also charged us for this issue that should have been fixed under the initial warranty. I tried to get them to come back out a fourth time to fix the same problem before a pool party we were having, and they didn't even seem concerned about our issue. This company is a joke. ORIGINAL: Great service! The technician arrived early, let me know what was going on, and was very courteous and friendly!"

"They were responsive and arrived quickly, however they charge $240 hourly labor. I have never heard of anybody's labor being that high, besides maybe a doctor or lawyer. I would shop around, unless money grows on trees for you."

"The work that they did on my cover was good. They diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. Unfortunately, they made a billing error that caused the bill to be twice the amount that I was quoted, I worked with an individual in billing who was unwilling to help, condescending, and unwilling to attempt to resolve my issue. I voiced my concern and was contacted by customer service within 15 minutes. The rep was amazing. She listened to my concerns, showed empathy, and had a resolution to my concerns. My experience went from a 1 to a 4 because of the customer service I received,"

"Absolutely amazing work, great customer service. I service pools and anytime I have any cover problems I can call these guys and they respond and get the job done in a timely matter. Well worth the price for the great products and any of these workers time. Caden and Billy have always been a pleasure to work with. Couldn't say anything negative in the 2+ years I've used them."

"I was appreciative at how quick they could get to my house to fix my cover. I knew that it was going to cost me $240/hr plus parts. I didn’t know they would send only one person to do a job that really needed 2 people, especially where they were charging me $240/hr. I started to worry that the kid doing the job was going to take HOURS! He wasn’t the quickest not to mention he took personal phone calls. Normally I wouldn’t care but at $240 an hour…get the job done! The cover got fixed and I’m grateful but they will be the last call I make if I need repairs again. $240 an hour and only sending one tech makes me feel like they don’t care about the customer. They will get the job done but it will cost you."
