"He is not licensed to build pools he has a KB-1 license. Working with him was such a nightmare. He is also listed under other companies. We hired Jim to do an addition and Jim Rana was negligent from the minute he got our first check. From flooding the east side of our home and my sons ceiling collapsing and not remediating it correctly to their negligence in handling our entire job, cracked concrete throughout the new addition, not putting in gas lines and then lying- which is weird because he ordered a gas furnace and gas hot water heater but is lying and saying we told him we wanted electric, to not listening to our needs. Now we get to go to court to try to recover over $70.000 he is trying to keep of our money. Thank God for reviews and freedom of speech.I wouldn't trust him to do a pool or anything and i would never trust his contract. Get an attorney to review his contract, it's beyond one sided and doesn't protect anyone but him."
