"I did a return at Fry's and was given a very inappropriate hassle where one person called another who called the manager who then question me with or peppered me with inappropriate questions. They finally did the refund because I stood my ground but they actually suggested three different times that I go to the original store that I purchased the product from. That's just not how it works and is a ploy to reduce returns. Very unacceptable."
