"This room is amazing, not just the view but everything from appliances like washer and dryer full working kitchen and a super comfy bed. I liked it here better than the cosmopolitan. The view of the new sphere was mesmerizing the patio on the 60th floor, which was huge compared to any hotel we have stayed in"
"We stay in a new hotel every year when we come to Vegas. I would never return to this one. First they wrote down a wrong room number and when we haul everything up there and try and get into the room there’s a women already in it. So we go all the way back down with everything, the women wrote the wrong number; it Happens. The room is okay the bed was comfy but the hotel its self is outdated, they had a dvd box for movies etc.. our main issue was no room service, valet and parking was 30/18 a day, the room is NOT sound proof. We had a joined room (that we did not want) and the people next to us had music blasting all day screaming and yelling well into 7am. First time we ever had to call the front desk and complain about the noise. That happened our entire stay. When we mentioned it to the women at the front desk she could not care less. Valet was extremely nice. No food options in the hotel unless it’s the summer when the small pool and grill is open. I would never return. There are much better and cheaper options in Vegas."
"I love the suites and the views in the upper floors. I only stayed 2 days and didn’t ask for any cleaning/tidying up service. In the past they are responsive when you need something. I’ll update when i come back but i recommend this place if you want peace and quiet or if you have a big family, the suites are great. PS I love the bidet in the bathroom."
"We booked a two-bedroom suite through a Hilton Honors promotion. I really like this hotel upon entrance but things went downhill quickly. To start off, the customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE. We were directed to a certain line and the front desk agent ignored his while in line and eventually walked away without saying a word. After standing there for a while, another agent called us up and assisted is with check-in. That person wasn’t friendly and really had a smog attitude. The room itself was really nice upon entrance but we realized that it hadn’t properly been cleaned after doing our normal inspection. My sisters bed had makeup on at least 3 pillows and her sheets! It seemed as if they just made the bed and flipped the pillows over. My room had dust all over the dresser and the toilet had dried urine splattered all over the seat which really grossed me out. We had to call for service and they eventually came to remake the beds and cleaned the restroom. Oh HUGE sidenote: THEY DO NOT DO DAILY CLEANING! I was told that you have to stay five days in order to receive cleaning services. That was a very new experience for me as I’ve always been able to get a room cleaned upon requesting such. We had to attend a tour as part of our promotion offer and I can say that I had made my mind up prior to going. Dirty rooms, rude customer service, and no cleaning before 5 days made it an easy decision to not purchase anything. As a Hilton member, I was highly disappointed with my Elara experience. I will say that the room overall was really nice aesthetically! There was an automatic blind that served as a projector screen once closed. The master room had a washer and dryer which was great. The kitchen was stocked and spacious even though we didn’t use it. I’ll definitely be going back to Vegas soon but I doubt that I’d stay there again."
"This is the second time in a row that our washing machine/dryer combo did not work. We had to pull our wet clothes out and hang them around our room to dry. We went to the front desk to let them know on Tuesday. We were told they would send maintenance up to fix. By Friday, no one showed up. Other than that, we love our stay at the Elara. Great room and great view! Convenient location."
