"I have lived in Arizona for over 20 years and I have been to many dog groomers and boarding facilities and Balboa's is by far the best one on both grooming and boarding. Yoshii wags her tail when she sees the staff and they are just the best, usually she is very shy and scared, not with Balboa's staff. I was always nervous leaving her even if we had been there before. When I drop off Yoshii I know she is going to be treated like a princess and I am so grateful for them. I am never nervous leaving her here. They are so kind and accomidating with all of our doggy needs. I am so thankful I found them. They will be my fur childrens groomer and boarding as long as I am in Tucson."

"Off the hook amazing!!! Our slightly less than friendly dog was welcomed and with them he was, I'm told, quite manageable. They even were able to bath him and trim his nails without issue. When we picked him up he was calm and clean and well slept (eyes not red). We cannot say enough good things about these wonderful people. Thank you, thank you, thank you for taking care of our pup! "I cannot say enough good things about Balboa and the owner, Sarah. Our dog generally does not like new people and he took to Sarah right away. She treats him like her own and the service she gives is second to none! She asks great questions when we drop him off about our preferences and offers extra services like trimming problem areas when he is only scheduled to get a nail trim. Services are personalized and professional. We also love that our dog is never kenneled, which gives him extreme anxiety. For a boutique shop, they offer very competitive pricing, but still give very personalized service and our dog has never had such great grooming!!"

"I cannot recommend Balboa’s Bed & Biscuit enough! Our pup has always been hesitant at the groomer, but Sarah is AMAZING with him! The first time we brought our pup in, she got down on the floor and talked to him and petter him until he was comfortable. Sarah did a great job on his cut, asked great questions and cut him exactly how we wanted! The second time we brought our pup in, he didn’t even hesitate to go to Sarah. A 5-star rating isn’t quite enough for how happy we are with Balboa’s Bed & Biscuit!"
