"Looks like service is hit or miss with Betty's, but I had a great experience. Ordered flowers from across the country for my girlfriend on our anniversary, and they're beautiful. I had the pickup time wrong, and they were able to get them done early since that was the only time our coworker was able to pick them up. Overall, I am very satisfied."

"I ordered flowers for my ex-girlfriend to try and win her back and Betty's flower shop completely failed me. Recently me and my ex-girlfriend broke up and I wanted to gift her something for Christmas at a distance along with a letter with efforts to win her back. I filled out all the requirements on their website on 12/15/22 I scheduled the flowers so they can be delivered a day before Christmas on 12/23/22. The following day after I placed my order I received a text message from my ex-girlfriend about how she didn’t want flowers showing up at her house randomly. I felt so embarrassed and tried to explain to her that I have no idea why they delivered it so early since it was supposed to be a surprise delivery the day before Christmas. I called Betty’s flower shop to ask them what had happened and why the flowers were delivered the day after I ordered them. They said to me "We're sorry it was a mistake". I asked them how they could've mistakenly made the delivery the next day if I requested a specific date along with a letter clearly written as a Christmas gift. The lady I spoke on the phone with kept giving me the same response over and over again with no help. I requested a refund on my purchase after what had just happened. She would not give me a refund unless I brought the flowers back. How am I supposed to go to my ex's house and say "Hey you know those flowers I sent you? Well I need them back." I can't do that, the whole point of the delivery was so she can have her space that she needs. Betty's flower shop did not have any sympathy for my situation and did not offer any other form of apology. Safe to say that this will be my last time ordering flowers from this shop. Horrible customer service and business."

Amazing service :) delivered the next day with a text message with a picture of them at the front door as they did not answer which was fine. I'm very pleased!"
