"Please be very careful and vigilant dealing with contractor. We had him build our two metal fences and we had every estimate in writing and he tried to change the price at the last minute. He was trying to get more money from us. When we showed him every estimate and corespondents with him in writing, he backed down. I have all the records to prove in court of law. We, regretfully, recommended him to our neighbor, he took her money for down payment and delivered nothing since January. He would not give her money back or any part of it. Please be aware."
