"I am adjusting my review as the florist lived up to her customer satisfaction policy and sent a very lovely replacement for the flowers previously delivered. I appreciate the effort and working with me. The new picture is below. Thank you Laura for fixing the issue and providing a pretty and fresh replacement arrangement! Based on follow up service I would try this florist again… second chances :) . The arrangement was a poor representation of what I ordered. It was expensive but for the occasion I thought worth it for very special people in my life. What was deliver was a disappointment. If a florist can’t deliver what was ordered, they should ethically remove it from their offerings. They also don’t answer the phone so you can discuss the order with them, their voicemail is full and they delivered it a day late."
