"I just wanted to comment on this site because Dennis one of the owners is such a good man. Years ago he took my daughter and her children under his wing and has been incredibly generous to them. On holidays he'd take her children shopping, decorating the children's rooms and has always been there with a helping hand when needed. I truly believe that he's one of the best people that I have had the pleasure to know. Some of the reviews on this site are a bit negative. I can't imagine that it's the same incredible generous man my daughters family has had the honor to know My daughter is a single mother of three and at one time a part time employee. I pray for him daily. There should be more people in the world like him."

"RUN! There are so many HONEST and trustworthy florists out there. Stay AWAY from them and especially DENNIS and his minions. They are saying that they do not remember serving me but they did in 2016. I have records. i waited this long to post because they were on my review list since my event and I just hadn't got to it given my busy schedule as I work two jobs and work very hard for every penny that White House Design cheated me out of. They also deliver their florals in a white van with "White house design studio." written in black. When you walk in, their office is very cluttered with different decor items and there wasn't a real meeting place. Again, at that time, it was 2016, who knows what the inside of their establishment looks like, I ran and didn't look back."

"Highly recommend for all event planning needs! Denise and Erica are amazing to work with. They are professional, easy to communicate with and their work is impeccable. They have helped us plan several events but most recently did our wedding this spring. Everything was absolutely stunning. They worked very well with our other vendors and overall made our event planning experience a breeze and the day of our wedding stress free."

"Working with Whitehouse on our Phoenix destination wedding turned into nightmare. In our initial meeting we were told we would be working with their event coordinator but didn’t realize that literally meant no involvement with the owner/designer. The coordinator would often take a week or more to get back to us. And despite numerous phone conversations and emails their proposed table arrangements made our daughter cry as they looked nothing like we had discussed. Even sending sample pictures of the simple birch wood Chuppah we wanted didn’t help as they continued to suggest inappropriate structures; even one with a wood slat top and chandelier. We tried to get the owner back involved but he instead chose to act in an unprofessional manner and was downright rude. Ultimately we had no choice other than fire them. And of course they kept $1800 of our deposit for basically doing 3 not so great looking sample arrangements. So with only two months to go before our wedding we found another florist who after only two conference calls, nailed exactly what we wanted within the same budget that White House struggled with. And their table arrangements and Chuppah were breathtaking helping to turn our nightmare with White House back to a dream wedding for our daughter."
