"Everything about this place was satisfactory (prices and customer service) however, the quality of the product was sub-par. We requested a standing spray with lilac and white assortment of flowers. When we were explaining the colors we were told that they would use whatever flowers they had on hand which to us was a little strange as one would think that you request should be met. Nevertheless the cashier wrote down that we wanted roses and lilies and even recommended the placement of the sashes and how we should keep it to one sash as two would ruin the look. All and all the price was fair for the spray, sashes, and deliveries. We received the product and this is where the shop lost the STARS. Honestly, I could have done a better job in putting the spray together. The flowers look wilted, the spray as a whole was bare (floor model we chose showed lots of flowers), and there weren't enough leaves in the back... just terrible craftsmanship. I would think that when designing a funeral standing spray, a floweriest would spend good amount of time as this is a one time thing, you can't bury a loved one twice. TLDR; Satisfactory price and customer service, terrible craftsmanship. Do not recommend you buy from here for intimate events, their quality shows that they don't care"

"Buying flowers can be such a hassle. This week I needed a nice bouquet for my anniversary but I had waited until the last minute again. Luckily this place opens earlier than many of the other shops, so it only made me a little late for work and I didn't have to call out sick. They had multiple options on display and I was able to pick the one I liked and have them tailor it to my specifications. I didn't care about the price because I had nearly blown my anniversary and risked another write up for being late...both on the same day. Not good. But Ana's Garden Flower Shop saved me for the time being. They accepted cash/credit/debit card. I got lucky again. Between scrounging up a few dollars left in my wallet and the small amount of credit left on my Visa, I was able to pay for the flowers. I would have let them rake me over the coals on price, but they didn't, plus I would have had another embarrassing decline (try another card Sir). Once I was past the blood pressure spike from my card actually going through, I inspected the flowers. My arrangement was stuffed with amazing roses, carnations, and lily's. It was beautiful!!! (SEE PICTURE). I have bought flowers before, now that I think about it, every year. It's really not something I look forward to, but it's better than picking out cards at CVS while having flashbacks induced by 80's music. But you won't find that at Ana's, you will find an awesome selection, prompt service with a smile, along with amazing prices. I'll be coming back again next year."
