"I asked these folk to hem two pairs of jeans. One was done acceptably, but the other pair -- blue, by the way -- was poorly done. The fabric of the legs was not cut off at all, just folded up, so that I now have a rather rigid hem at the bottom of my pants leg. This is not what I expected, and I will not have them do any more work for me -- this at a cost of $18 per pair! Gaak!"
