The younger girl at the front counter told us over the phone. “IF WE DONT LIKE THEM BRING ALL THE FLOWERS BACK AND WE WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY BACK”. Who would tell a bride this or any customer the day of the wedding hours from getting married. As a business owner ourselves I would never tell a customer this. Especially one paying for flowers for a whole wedding party. We tried taking the bouquet back to get fixed and the best they could do was add a few eucalyptus leaves to it, but it was NOTHING like we purchased. So be aware brides when purchasing from them……"
