"They totally did not clean the doors, light switches nor baseboards which I communicated that I really wanted done numerous times. That made it a deep clean and what I was charged for. I would have been better off cleaning myself. Lousy job done. Buyer beware!!! Gloria doesn’t deliver."

Then when Gloria and Norma arrived to do the work. They did an excellent job!
