"Arrived at 845PM. Place closes at 10PM. 23 min wash and 35 minutes to dry. Told the owner my bedding had cat urine on it and really needed to wash it. He didn't care The owner was put out because that would mean he would have to honor that time stated on the door. Won't be using the self service again."

"I Took a garment to be dry cleaned here. I asked if there was a chance of bleeding, after he carefully examined the item he told me it should be fine I can clean it." He told me he has 40 years of experience" he said he could do it by hand himself if I wanted and if there was any signs of bleeding he would stop. He said by hand it would but it would cost double. I agreed, and paid 46 dollars twice the amount. I said please this is a special garment that was created by my deceased sister and I was giving it for a gift to her only son my nephew. When I picked up the shirt it was totally ruined he put my item with the regular dry cleaning and it bled , the beautiful black and red garment was destroyed this was a suede shirt custom made. What happened to doing it by hand? Was that a lie? Just overcharge me? What happened to 40 years experience. This is the OWNER NOW !!! He told me that he would fix it and quote " I will make it look like new you'll never know the difference" Which I thought ok he's taking responsibility and doing the right thing. A week later time to pick up the shirt. I was devastated he totally ruined the shirt! he used a different color, ,he used a totally different fabric, (polyester) and the stitching was sloppy and crooked. I could have done a better job with little to no experience. He said leave it with him again he would fix it I said "no thank you You've had two opportunities You lied to me you tried to pass off a different fabric with a totally different color. Please just give me my money back and I'll take it to somewhere else who is the expertise. You're out of your league. He refused to give my money back the double charge of $46 even though it's going to cost me 3x that to fix the item. I thought I was fair with just wanting my $46 dollars back. Worst Dry Cleaners Don't bring your garments here. Owner has no integrity he lied to me by telling me he was going to hand clean and said he would fix it correctly, that's twice. If you look at the photos you can see the difference of color and the stitching is crooked and he used the stretchy polyester material not suede He told me to sue him, for my money back. So I am, I will also add the cost to repair in my time."
