"Just to put it out there Universal Pool has to be the worst run company in the wrst Valley. We had them for 2 years they pool guy would skip weeks and still charge us, he wasn't cleaning the pool, didn't tell us we had broken equipment until I asked him about it, and left the gates open for the dogs to get out. Today when I found the pool pump was dry and not getting water, I called and complained. They owner came out and said I had messed with the valves wich I did not and said I caused the problem. I repeatedly told him I don't mess with the pool and he kept saying his guy wasn't doing any of what I was telling him. They then left my wife a message canceling our service."
