"We waited for 5 months to finally have the fence installed when we were told it would be 8 to 10 weeks. The communication during those months was non-existent. I had to call multiple time to get an updates and they seemed bothered. They scheduled the installation based on their convenience without concern for the customer. The installation was horrible. They had to come back to fix all the issues. We got a powder coated fence and it was all scratched. During the initial installation they proceeded to spray paint the scratches but the fence was full of dirt. One of the worst experiences. They are not cheap and customer service is abhorrent."
