"I hired B & T Carpet Cleaners to clean my brother's carpets in Quartzsite. He is older, lives alone as his wife passed away a couple of years ago. His floors were beyond disgusting. I didn't really have much hope of anyone getting the stains out (he has two dogs). I couldn't believe how good the floors looked when they were finished. They were so good to work with and they were very nice to him. None of his family lives near him and Tracy was so nice and helpful, she even offered to run errands for him if he ever needed any help.
