"This laundromat is often unclean and has an unpleasant odor. I have noticed that the washing machines emit an unpleasant smell, and my clothes have stains after being washed here. Several of their washing machines are frequently out of service. The sole reason I visit this establishment is due to its proximity to my residence; however, I will no longer be doing so. I am willing to travel a greater distance to a superior laundromat in order to receive a more satisfactory experience. I have observed that Avenue A Laundry provides a significantly improved service."

"Pictures are deceiving. This Laundromat was filthy. Trash under the vending machine, dust on top of the washers, so much dirt on the floor that you could tell it hadnt been swept in quite a while. The bathroom was locked with no sign saying to get key from anywhere."

"Lots of washing & drying machines; there's a change dispenser, as well as a detergent vending machine. Additionally, a vending machine sells snacks & beverages. They have a bathroom for customers as well."
