The owner is not professional, very argumentative, and scams you to pay her via Zelle multiple times, alleging she did not receive it after my bank verified both transactions cleared. The cleaning is poor quality and if you bring your concerns to her attention, she will not take accountability and refuses to make things right. I highly recommend Twin Sisters Cleaning!"

"Lupita is a liar, she said she would pop by because her workers only spoke Spanish, I pd cash for a deep clean. They didn't even clean oven or the warming drawer. They didn't clean my white blinds in kitchen or inside of windows. She said the outside window people were going to clean them. Dirty windows inside and out. She said it was my fault because they tried to come back on another day unannounced to finish. Very unprofessional and I deserve a refund. Guess will be seeing her in small claims court. Desiree"

"I have my home cleaned every month or two. I rented out our second unit to a couple of my son's friends. She cleans my home then the rental unit, the first two cleans were deep cleans. It helps the renters feel we care about them and how they can live as well as keeping our eyes on the investment we made. I love the job they do, always satisfied, we talk about changes and things they may think we may need. Highly recommend. Great investment at fair cost."

"Since this was the first clean, it might have been done as a deep clean, but in any case they were completely thorough and left the place spotless and sparkling clean. We have hard floors throughout and they get so dirty so fast, I just can't do it all myself anymore. We finally called in a cleaning crew, Lupita's, and we are so impressed with the exceptional service they provided. 100% recommend, can't wait for the next time."
