"Horrible! I have a 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 bath house. They tried charging me 240$! None of my shower heads or hardware were even touched, wiped or ANYTHING. my mantel or on top of my desk wasn’t even touched with dusting. The whole reason I called was to get my blinds cleaned. I spoke with them before they came out and cleaning my blinds she said is noted. And is part of the basic cleaning. Blinds were never touched. I complained and all they’re willing to take off is $40. Charged me 205$. Never again will I use them."

"My wife and I recently moved out of our apartment and our apartment used this company to perform services on our 1 bedroom apartment. They charged us 10 hours to clean it. In my opinion 10 hours is way too much. We did have a dog so I can understand how the hair can be a bit of a cleanup but 10 hours is still way too much for a 1 bedroom apartment where the carpet was already cleaned and walls repainted. I used to manage maintenance at vacation properties and we hired cleaners for big 4-5 bedroom houses, they could clean those in 5-7 hours. It really sucks because my wife and I were excited to use cleaners to make the process more smooth but just ended up with a large bill."
