"Staff not professional, environment not Inviting. Service need much improvement. If you have an appointment it is implied to be seen at the time of the appointment, give or take a few minutes. They will make you an appointment time, but they will not keep the appointment on time, and you will be sitting and waiting. Wasting your time. Overall their largest room is the room for improvement."
