"I'm finally at the point where I can write this after losing my dog and dealing with grief....They were very kind and accommodating, and compassionate of me and my pet. That I really loved. 2 things I did not love, hence losing 2 stars, was the fact that I wanted to be the one to take and place my dog in the burner, call it a pride thing or something idk, but it will be me to the end, seeing him to his "final spot" in loving arms (not a strangers)and at first they did not want to let me do this but then agreed - for a fee of $110. Look, it didn't cost you guys anything for me to take 1 minute and let me go and place my dog. This was a money grab in poor taste. I am however grateful you allowed me to do it. Just don't think it's right to charge for that. Second thing was while the urns they offer are very nice, I ended up choosing one online I fell in love with and when I told them I did not want an urn and only wanted to be charged for the "burn" itself, no urn, they said that was not possible and they have to charge me for a container. I find this ridiculous, and a forced purchase/money grab in times when people are extremely distraught. Please make a price for the burn only, like $99 or something with the urn being optional. You guys could have just given me the ashes in a bag only so I could place him in the urn of my choosing. That's all, thank you again for your compassion though. If you would like to refund me some money, I would be willing to rewrite this review and make it 5 stars."

"We lost both of our senior family-dogs on the same day. We opted to bring them to Family Pet Services directly. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this company. They were so respectful, sincere, and compassionate. Everything you would hope to experience on such a somber day and more. Thank you guys for everything you did for my family and for B and Gus. Such a great company."

"We are beyond grateful to and for Family pet services (FPS). We had to put our 12 and a half year old beautiful gentle giant, Hank down unexpectedly on Friday morning and Hector with FPS arrived an hour after our vet (Dr. ken Cohn) gently sent our sweet boy over the rainbow bridge. Hector was a ray of sunshine during a dark time...he was sincerely kind and compassionate and thoughtful as he prepared Hank to be transported from our home to FPS. "My sweet kitty Dapper passed this week, so I took him to Family Pet Services to be cremated. They were kind, efficient, and transparent. The price was reasonable. I feel like my fur baby’s body was treated with honor and respect. Losing a pet is hard, but taking care of their remains doesn’t have to be. Thank you, Family Pet Services!"
