"I liked Mark & his company in 2016 & 17. Sadly when we never received our 2018 tax return refund, so after that we stopped paying. We have found a new accounting service & need Mark to send them our quickbooks where he left off. Mesa Office is permanently closed. No returned calls or texts or emails. Is Mark sick? Is he ok?"

"It’s sad that I’m in the position to leave a 1 star review. Mark completed my 2018 taxes just fine with no issues. As time went on we realized we should of looked for another accounting firm long time ago. We are getting no response from the office and I can not even get a reply on an email. With in 24 months I’ve spent over $120,000 paid invoices to this firm. My 2019 taxes finally been filed (November 2020) even tho we paid A Affordable Accounting Ridiculous amount of money to do so. We just need copies of our filing! Can someone please return my call?"

"I was a client of Mark's for three years. In the beginning, the service was GREAT! I can't say the same for the latter of my experience with his services. I haven't been able to contact ANYONE from the office or even get an email reply in months, yet I can get a billing request? I'm still waiting for a tax return he supposedly filed a year ago. He's NEVER been consistent, it took 8 months for him to begin payroll for us after we requested it, and even then it's never processed consistently or on any type of schedule. He has failed to meet the terms of his own contract, and now I'm left with a financial nightmare. I wouldn't recommend Mark's services. RUN."
