"I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the professionalism and service I have received from this company. I came in originally on March 29th to file with my partner. We needed some more information provided so we went home, came back within an hour to provide that info and was told we were set. 3 weeks pass by and we haven't received any refund, and the IRS website has no info. We called and apparently our additional info was never passed onto him from his front end staff. We gave him the info and things were okay, so we thought. We just now received a payment for state tax, but only 1. Because now we are finding out, when we called back 3 weeks after the original filing and "figured things out", HE DIDN'T FILE MINE ALONG WITH MY PARTNER, even though we originally went together and I wasn't even the one who needed the extra info to file to begin with. So now I am having to wait even longer for a service I paid for to be completed correctly. Its almost been a month since I first sat down to do this, its unacceptable that I am having to keep calling to get this fixed."
