"After several months of waiting for AZ State Accounting to file my 2021 tax amendment, I have decided to leave this review as a last resource to see if things get done. I have sent multiple emails to Aaron and Steven, I rarely get a response, after more than 3 months, 2 weeks ago, Steven told me over the phone that my 2021 tax amendment was going to be ready by Friday June 23rd. It is now July 4th, and I haven't heard back from him, I tried calling him for several days, and most of the time, I can't get to speak to a person. I had a good experience with this business back in 2020, but not this year, I'm tired of chasing them to find out that they haven't filed my 2021 amendment, I paid for this service back in January 2023."
"Aaron has been doing my taxes for years. Always feel very comfortable and welcomed there is his office. He is so quick and efficient. 10 out of 10 would recommend. I always recommend every one that ask me accounting information to visit aaron. Will never go anywhere else. The office is so nice and clean. Only down fall will be the parking lot, but he is worth parking across the street for. :)"
