"This firm was purchased from the previous owner, Terry Lutz, when he retired 2 years ago. The current owner spent a year working with Mr. Lutz getting to know the clients and the business before buying with his new partner. Both partners are extremely knowledgeable of current ethical tax practices, business accounting & tax regulations, and also have a lot of experience with family trusts and dealing directly with the IRS & the AZ Department of Revenue. I am a current employee of the firm, so I see the daily interactions with customers, and I know these new owners care about their customers, and will bend over backwards to make sure they’re taken care of. They offer small to medium business tax services as well as monthly or quarterly QuickBooks Online services. They have customers with multiple rental properties, foreign-owned entities, and do some personal taxes as well. If you come into the office between January and April, don’t be surprised if you’re treated with a no-nonsense demeanor, those are super busy months for any tax accountant, and they are trying to make sure they get to everyone they possibly can. You will appreciate that attitude if you have them working on your behalf."
