"I used to do my own return on TurboTax, but I got a letter from the IRS saying there was an error and I owed an additional $200. I went to here to have it fixed and Terry found other errors/deductions that were missed... Instead of paying $200 to IRS, I got back $400!"

"Complete lack of communication for something as important as taxes. I have called many times with no answer, many emails with few responses. Very frustrating. They were supposed to file my taxes and take the amount owed from the card on file as I directed. Well that didn't happen, after Finley going in in person I was told it wasn't paid and that they sent a voucher with my paperwork for me to send in a check. Guess what? Still nothing in the mail. So now I'm accruing interest because of there lack of professionalism. I don't think they understand communication gives peace of mind with something like taxes. I don't know about the rest of the CPA's in the businesses, but at this point I would not recommend them."

He was able to get me an additional $8000 back after filing amendments on my previous returns that the last CPA screwed up on. "I will this for sure. They don't know what they are doing!!!!!! I thought this place was great when I was using them but after leaving them, they won't fix the mistake they made. This has created so much work for my current CPA & now dealing with bigger issue. Make sure you double/triple check your taxes. They filed the tax under my husband & he has no ownership. Called many times & left messages, no return call back. When e-mailed no response. They even moved the office. I wouldn't be suprised if they get audit & it's no wonder their own daughter even quit."
