"I dropped off my tax information in the beginning of 2017. All I have to say is I picked up my paperwork today 12/17/2019. Needless to say, nothing was ever filed nor did I receive a phone call, email, or any kind of communication over the past 2 years.. I checked in periodically over the time Bill had my tax information with failure to get a response. If you want your taxes handled properly,definitely go elsewhere!!"
