"I am now forced to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I had my taxes done in February and they were supposed to be e-filed for 2017. I was notified by the IRS that they were never filed. I have made numerous attempts to reach them and have made direct contact with the person who filed my taxes Andre. Last week I sent him a text advising that I would escalate matters as he’s not returned my calls filed my taxes or even provided me with a written copy of the forms filed for 2017. He then called me back stating he was busy and would be returning my call when He got off work that evening. Of course I never heard from him. I sent an email and a text yesterday. No response. The IRS has now given me 30 days to provide the returns or they will file them for me.I’m glad everyone else had a wonderful experience but I warn to stay away from this company. I wish I paid the extra money to go through H&R Block because at least things are handled professionally."

The day after Selwyn helped prepare my return, I had an important question. So I called a couple of times, left a voicemail, and even spoke to a woman named Katelyn that said Selwyn would return my call.... And he, nor anyone else on his team, never called me back. Given that I'm a returning client, have referred multiple clients and I paid him $300 to file my taxes this year, you would think he could return a call..."
