"I found this location online for fingerprints and amazon drop off. The gentleman who is works there was so kind and helpful. Then a kid lady named Pretty, helped me with fingerprints. She was so patient and detailed that repeated the process until she was confident that she got every details. I highly recommend this place for any service. Costumer service here is amazing."

"I appreciate UPS' practice of negative reinforcement to encourage customers to tape their boxes before coming, and deferring all issues back to Amazon. /s "Sorry, we're just a third party. You need to speak with Amazon, we can't do anything. By the way you should buy the $7 roll of tape on the shelf behind you to wrap your boxes or we'll charge you $2 for 2 ft of packing tape." UPS, your stock price is $150 and your PE ratio is like 16; you can't afford tape for customers?? Maybe I'm being a little too salty cause I expected this to be a very fast QR scan, drop, and go 30 seconds top, but you're a shipping store. Look I know you're not a charity, but grocery stores provide produce bags and restaurants give out free take-home containers. You'd think UPS would have some tape, but no. Does a business have to charge for literally everything? What costs do you save when you discourage customers from coming back to your store? I hope people read this and tape their boxes thoroughly, and bring their packages to better rated UPS stores or FedEx."
